More torque at your fingertips, less noise, less time in the garage and more time riding. Here's what going electric really changes.
No clutch to manage, no powerband to hunt for. The torque is there the moment you twist the throttle, whether you're in the first rut or exiting a corner.
One bike for beginners and experts alike. Tune power and throttle response to your skill level, the terrain or the day.
Switch from smooth and gentle for mud and learning to aggressive for racing, without switching bikes.
Less noise means fewer complaints from the neighbours and more enjoyable rides for everyone. And you can finally hear the terrain, your tires and your suspension at work.
No engine oil to change, no air filter to clean after every ride, no top end to rebuild. Just the essentials: tires, brakes, chain and suspension.
No jerry can, no premix, no detour to the gas station. Plug in at home and go ride.

It mostly depends on the ride mode, the power setting, the terrain and your riding style: flat out on a motocross track drains the battery faster than a trail ride. Every Varg uses a 7.2 kWh battery. Ask us for an estimate based on how you ride.
With the 3.3 kW charger, a full charge takes about 2 hours on a 240 V outlet and about 3.5 hours on a standard 120 V household outlet, for all three models (manufacturer data).
The Varg MX, EX and SM are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The detailed terms, including for the battery, will be provided to you in writing before purchase.
The Varg MX is an off-road competition bike: it can't be ridden on public roads. To ride a dual-sport model on the road, you need a motorcycle licence (Class 6A in Quebec) and a registered bike. According to the manufacturer, the Varg EX and Varg SM are street-legal in Canada, in both 60 and 80 HP versions. The dealer will help you with registration through the SAAQ. On the trails, follow the rules of the clubs and properties where you ride.
Much less than a gas bike: no engine oil changes, no air filter, no valves or piston to rebuild. What's left is the usual off-road bike maintenance: chain, tires, brakes, bearings and suspension. The result: fewer evenings in the garage, more time in the saddle.
